Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children's use of the Service and managing profiles created for minors.

MindTherapy offers both free and premium subscription plans. Free plans have limited features, while premium plans provide access to unlimited features and content.
Premium subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
We may offer a free trial for premium features. At the end of the trial period, you will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may only use one free trial per account.

You retain ownership of all content you create or upload to the Service (e.g., AAC boards, visual schedules, custom images). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and use it. You agree not to upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights, violates privacy, or is harmful or offensive.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable, without prior notice.
MindTherapy uses artificial intelligence to generate images and other content. While we strive for accuracy and appropriateness, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You agree to review all AI-generated content before use and report any issues to us.
The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other content (excluding user content), is owned by MindTherapy and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
IMPORTANT: MindTherapy is Not a Medical Service
MindTherapy provides tools to support therapy and communication but is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of qualified healthcare professionals regarding any medical or therapeutic concerns. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information obtained through our Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MindTherapy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Common reasons for termination include violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity.
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and all associated data. We may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and data retention practices.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law principles.
